Office for Research and Third-Party Funding Administration (REFO/DMV)
As part of the academic administration, the REFO/DMV reports directly to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. Its responsibilities, which serve both the academic self-administration and the researchers at UMMD, include, among other things:
- Advising on research funding and the acquisition of third-party funding,
- Supporting the application process and administration of all UMMD third-party funded projects,
- Participation in research-related resource planning,
- Support in drafting contractual provisions for research collaborations and research contracts,
- Support for the Commission for the Promotion of Young Researchers, the Research Commission, and the Structural Commission.
